About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Marketing Communications Manager, where you’ll tell the brand’s story, strengthen its presence and create experiences that connect guests, team members and the community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing communication plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Create, review and coordinate content across digital, social media, PR and other channels while maintaining Hilton brand standards.
• Build relationships with media partners, coordinate press opportunities and produce press releases and media materials.
• Oversee social media and digital communications to ensure engaging, timely, brand‑aligned content.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to promote hotel events, campaigns, offers and activations.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports and provide insights for future strategies.
• Manage multiple marketing communications projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with hotel priorities.
• Ensure all marketing materials consistently reflect Hilton’s brand guidelines, tone of voice and positioning.
