Marketing Lead – Saudi Arabia & Bahrain

About the role

As the Marketing Lead for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, you will drive the strategy, development and execution of marketing initiatives for Lipton’s tea category and Masterbrand. Reporting to the General Manager (KSA & Bahrain) and working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for enhancing brand metrics, growing market share and managing the BMI budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual brand plans aligned with mid‑ and long‑term objectives.
• Oversee P&L performance of the portfolio to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
• Manage the Lipton Masterbrand, including PR activities to protect and enhance reputation.
• Lead end‑to‑end ATL and BTL campaigns across both countries, delivering consumer‑focused initiatives that strengthen equity and penetration.
• Upgrade the tea portfolio mix, drive innovation and renovation pipelines.
• Collaborate with the Consumer and Marketing Insight team to generate timely consumer research.
• Define and execute a disruptive communication agenda for the brands.
• Build strong relationships with global and regional teams to ensure unified strategy implementation.
• Develop and empower direct reports, fostering teamwork and talent growth.

Required profile

• 6‑9 years of marketing experience with a focus on brand management and category leadership.
• Background in FMCG beverage industry is a strong advantage.
• Proven record of delivering topline growth, share and penetration targets.
• Experience managing agencies and digital marketing programmes.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen and analytical capability.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex projects.
• Passion for tea and consumer‑centric innovation.
