Marketing & Business Development Specialist (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

The Marketing & Business Development Specialist will support Assystem's growth objectives by creating and executing marketing and communication plans, producing high‑impact visual materials, and driving lead generation across strategic accounts. This role requires close collaboration with technical, business development and management teams to ensure brand consistency and market visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and communication plans aligned with business growth targets.
• Maintain brand consistency across presentations, proposals, campaigns and all communication assets.
• Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations, proposals, infographics, dashboards and other marketing collateral.
• Support bid teams with proposal formatting, storytelling and visual structuring.
• Generate leads through digital campaigns, market outreach and targeted engagement activities.
• Create and manage LinkedIn posts and digital campaigns to raise market awareness.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and contribute to go‑to‑market strategies.
• Coordinate marketing activities to increase visibility across priority accounts and giga‑projects.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Graphic Design or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, MarCom or business development support.

Required skills

• Advanced PowerPoint presentation design.
• LinkedIn content creation and digital campaign management.
