Marketing Manager – Cybersecurity

About the role

Innovative Solutions is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead its Marketing Department. You will be responsible for positioning the organization, driving strategic initiatives, and generating high‑quality leads to support sales growth in the cybersecurity sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategy to increase recall across target sectors in KSA.
• Oversee digital and social media marketing on LinkedIn, Twitter and other professional platforms.
• Lead content marketing and thought‑leadership initiatives, securing placements in industry reports and media.
• Plan, execute and monitor campaigns focused on qualified lead generation.
• Manage corporate events, exhibitions and promotional booths.
• Collaborate with sales to create high‑quality sales kits and marketing collateral.
• Optimize website traffic, manage website content and leverage marketing automation for email nurture, open rates and CTR improvement.
• Lead, train and guide the marketing team while controlling budget spend and efficiency.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and deliver data‑driven monthly performance dashboards to executive leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of proven marketing management experience, preferably in B2B technology or cybersecurity.
• Professional certifications in digital marketing, content strategy or marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, CIM) are highly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market trends and data.
