About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for The Chain, a growing restaurant group. You will shape brand visibility, drive customer acquisition and support revenue growth across multiple dining concepts.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and monthly marketing plans for all restaurant brands.
- Lead brand positioning, campaign planning and multi‑channel marketing activities.
- Drive footfall, delivery sales, catering leads and overall brand awareness.
- Manage social media platforms, digital campaigns, content calendars and online engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, photographers, influencers and media partners.
- Plan and launch promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, product launches and brand activations.
- Monitor performance through KPIs, conversion rates, ROI and provide regular reports.
- Support CRM initiatives, loyalty programmes and database marketing.
- Align marketing activities with operations, finance and brand teams.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer behaviour studies.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in restaurants, F&B, hospitality or related sectors.
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Excellent analytical skills and data‑driven decision making.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
