Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in the fintech and consumer finance space. The role focuses on driving customer acquisition, engagement, and brand growth through integrated, data‑focused campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, manage, and optimise digital campaigns across paid media, social, email, SEO and SEM.
• Analyse performance data, generate insights and improve ROI.
• Lead end‑to‑end campaign execution and post‑campaign evaluation.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Compliance and Business teams for product launches and growth initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity to uncover opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure regulatory and brand compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in fintech, micro‑finance or consumer finance.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities in the Saudi market.
• Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms.
• Expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing and campaign management.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation, conversion optimisation and marketing metrics.
