Marketing Manager

About the role

Turn ideas into impact as a Marketing Manager at Boutiqaat, leading the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, engage customers, and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel campaigns across digital, social, PR, influencer and celebrity partnerships.
• Lead end‑to‑end campaign planning, content creation, budgeting and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency, manage media relationships and oversee launch events and activations.
• Analyze campaign data, track KPIs and present actionable insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering successful multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical abilities and fluency in English and Arabic.
