About the role

BAAN Holding is seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives that support its growth objectives in Saudi Arabia. The role will shape brand positioning, drive awareness, and collaborate across functions to ensure a unified market approach.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with business goals and brand identity.
• Lead all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, public relations, and events.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities and trends.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.
• Mentor and develop the marketing team to foster high performance and collaboration.
• Analyze campaign performance using key metrics and report insights to senior management.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communications and materials.
• Coordinate with internal departments for a unified business development approach.
• Build and sustain relationships with media, partners, and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably as a Marketing Manager, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• In‑depth knowledge of modern marketing techniques across all channels.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and project‑management skills with a data‑driven mindset.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is highly desirable.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
