About the role

BAAN Holding is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead its brand strategy in Riyadh. You will shape and execute integrated campaigns that boost awareness and support the company’s growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals and brand identity.
• Lead all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, public relations, and events.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities and trends.
• Manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation and ROI.
• Mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Analyze campaign performance using key metrics and report to senior management.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communications.
• Collaborate with internal departments for unified business development efforts.
• Build and sustain relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven senior‑level marketing experience with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of modern marketing techniques across all channels.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and project‑management skills with a data‑driven mindset.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; experience in the Saudi Arabian market is a plus.
