Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will act as the primary growth driver, executing strategic plans across real estate, digital platforms, logistics, and B2B services. You will run targeted ad campaigns, optimise channels and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to boost user acquisition and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and track Go‑To‑Market plans for B2B and B2C products.
• Create content calendars, write marketing copy and tailor messaging for each audience.
• Produce creative briefs, coordinate design, video, media, tech, sales and operations teams.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and pricing studies for real‑estate projects.
• Translate product features into acquisition‑focused campaigns and optimise landing pages.
• Plan, launch and manage paid ads on Google, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, defining audiences, budgets and A/B tests.
• Monitor KPIs (CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS) and reallocate budgets for maximum ROI.
• Support email, WhatsApp and SMS marketing while overseeing SEO and keyword optimisation.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations for the Marketing Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on marketing experience.
• Proven real‑estate marketing experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and optimise paid ad campaigns.
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C models, user acquisition and conversion concepts.
• Experience in market research, competitor analysis and pricing studies.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and task‑management tools.
• Excellent command of English.
