Marketing Supervisor

About the role

The Marketing Supervisor will lead proactive retention initiatives for STC’s Consumer sector, focusing on high‑churn risk customers across Fixed and Mobile lines. The role combines data‑driven analysis with BTL execution to protect revenue and improve customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop advanced reporting for proactive retention activities.
• Manage and execute improvements to analytical models, SAS/Teradata systems, CRM, and other IT enhancements.
• Create innovative, value‑adding propositions based on customer insights and research.
• Maintain and enhance churn predictive models.
• Plan, execute, measure and optimise proactive retention campaigns using the CMS platform.
• Analyse behavioural trends to identify customer needs and propose new offers.
• Coach and support teams to improve retention results across outbound and inbound channels.
• Identify analytical needs and opportunities that align with business objectives.
• Supervise the development and implementation of retention management plans involving cross‑functional teams.
• Manage the proactive retention matrix, segmenting offers to meet retention KPIs.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, ensuring alignment with STC’s performance requirements.
• Conduct deep analysis of segment behaviours and interests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or Digital Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and customer retention.
• Advanced proficiency in both Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Advanced data collection and analysis.
• Proficiency with SAS and Teradata.
• Experience with CRM systems and CMS campaign tools.
• Analytical modeling and Business Intelligence capabilities.
