Marketing Supervisor

About the role

The Marketing Supervisor will support Marriott International’s brand presence in Jeddah by promoting internal and external awareness and driving revenue through targeted sales techniques. This full‑time position combines guest interaction, sales support, and office administration within a hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote brand awareness and maintain guest loyalty.
• Contact potential owners by phone to arrange preview package tours and sales presentations.
• Explain tour details, verify eligibility, and manage scheduling for Marriott Vacation Club properties.
• Provide complimentary gifts such as rewards points or tickets to enhance guest experience.
• Perform general office duties including filing, emailing, typing, and faxing.
• Receive, record, and relay messages accurately.
• Assist management with employee training, evaluation, counseling, and coaching.
• Uphold company policies, professional appearance, confidentiality, and guest privacy.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and communicate professionally.
• Maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Handle objects up to 10 lb without assistance and perform other reasonable tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience in sales or marketing.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
