Master Data Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Master Data Officer to ensure accurate and consistent SAP master data across the organization. You will maintain data quality, support process improvements and provide training to end‑users to maximise SAP utilisation.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain and update SAP master data according to requests from authorised data providers.
• Review and enhance master‑data procedures and standards to guarantee accuracy, consistency and quality.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities in master‑data management and implement changes that add business value.
• Collaborate with end users, data providers and cross‑functional teams to collect, maintain and optimise master data for assigned business objects.
• Support operational excellence by aligning master‑data activities with business initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SAP change‑management processes and enforce strict control over data updates.

Required profile

• Diploma in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
