Master Planning Senior Engineer

About the role

The Master Planning Senior Engineer will lead the review, validation and approval of masterplan components for large‑scale infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. This role ensures that all planning outputs align with strategic objectives, regulatory frameworks, sustainability targets and technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the review and approval process with regulatory authorities and project stakeholders.
• Validate that masterplan elements meet company goals, sustainability criteria and technical specifications before design phases commence.
• Integrate environmental, social and technical considerations into the masterplan.
• Align tenant and core‑tenant design submissions with the approved masterplan.
• Review and approve core‑tenant design proposals, ensuring compliance with codes, regulations and technical requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 12 years of experience in master planning or urban design.
• At least 5 years of experience working in the GCC region (Saudi Arabia, UAE, etc.).
• Proven experience on comparable large‑scale projects.
