Medical Representative – Dermatological Skincare (Riyadh)

About the role

The Medical Representative will promote Galderma’s dermatological skincare portfolio to pharmacies and pharmacists across Riyadh. You will build strong relationships, ensure product visibility, and support pharmacists with scientific information to drive brand loyalty and sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute planned field visits to pharmacies and designated healthcare professionals according to territory coverage plans.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy chains and key retail stakeholders.
• Ensure optimal product visibility, stock levels and positioning across assigned pharmacy accounts.
• Conduct product detailing, presentations and educational sessions for pharmacy staff.
• Monitor territory sales performance, market trends and competitor activities, and develop action plans to meet targets.
• Prepare and submit accurate business reports, including daily activities and monthly performance analyses.
• Collect and report pharmacovigilance cases in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in science, pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in beauty, dermatology or skincare.
• Proven track record of developing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, organized and systematic.
• Experience in territory and distributor management is an advantage.
