Medical Sales Specialist – Rehabilitation

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Medical Sales Specialist to promote and sell rehabilitation services, medical devices, equipment and supplies across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building relationships with hospitals, rehab centres and healthcare professionals while achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical rehabilitation services, devices, equipment and related supplies.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the rehabilitation and healthcare sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centres, clinics, physicians, therapists and other potential clients.
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, product presentations and follow‑ups.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers and manage the sales cycle.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and opportunities in the rehabilitation market.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of services, devices, equipment and supplies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven medical sales experience in the rehabilitation sector.
• Good knowledge of the healthcare and rehabilitation market in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to identify opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
