MEP Construction Manager – Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead all mechanical, electrical and plumbing activities on our large-scale projects in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing design, installation, testing and commissioning while ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage on-site MEP works from project start to handover.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants and subcontractors for seamless execution.
• Review and approve MEP drawings, specifications, calculations and material submittals.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards and Saudi regulations.
• Develop and control MEP schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Oversee installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire-safety systems.
• Implement strict health and safety protocols for all MEP activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress and resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical guidance to the project team and prepare progress reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as an MEP Manager on large construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction project management principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is a plus.
