MEP Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to lead the mechanical, electrical and plumbing design and coordination for our real‑estate projects in Riyadh. The role involves ensuring that all MEP systems meet the project specifications, codes and quality standards while working closely with architectural and structural teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review and coordinate MEP designs, drawings and technical specifications for real‑estate projects.
• Check mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection and related systems for compliance.
• Coordinate MEP works with architectural and structural disciplines and resolve technical issues with consultants and contractors.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals and as‑built drawings, and monitor on‑site MEP execution.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and engineering standards.
• Participate in inspections, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Prepare technical reports and recommendations to support project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP design and coordination for construction or real‑estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building services.
• Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP.
