MEP Engineer – Presales, Estimation & Project Reporting

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to join our team, focusing on presales, cost estimation, and project reporting. The role involves preparing technical and commercial proposals for MEP projects and supporting client discussions throughout the tender process.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial quotations for MEP projects.
• Review RFQs, BOQs, specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
• Perform cost estimation and pricing analysis.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare bid submissions and tender documentation.
• Support presales activities and technical discussions with clients.
• Collect and analyze project reports and progress updates.
• Coordinate with project teams for technical clarifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in MEP estimation, presales, or tendering.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
