MIS & Reporting Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced MIS & Reporting Manager to lead management information, business reporting and performance analysis for a diversified real‑estate group based in Jeddah. Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer, the role will consolidate financial and operational data, develop automated KPI dashboards and deliver executive and Board‑level reports.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Group’s MIS framework, preparing daily to annual Management Information Packs and executive dashboards.
• Design, automate and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting solutions using Power BI, Advanced Excel and ERP data.
• Consolidate financial, operational, sales and project data from multiple subsidiaries and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Perform budget‑vs‑actual, variance and profitability analysis for real‑estate development and construction projects.
• Monitor project‑wise costs, margins, cash flows, sales performance and inventory across the property portfolio.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Projects, Sales, IT and Treasury to gather and validate data and support strategic planning.
• Lead the MIS & Reporting team, set performance targets and drive a collaborative reporting environment.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience in MIS, management reporting, financial analysis or business intelligence.
• Mandatory hands‑on experience in real‑estate/property development, construction projects or diversified real‑estate groups.
• Proven ability to consolidate and analyse information from multiple business units and subsidiaries.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
