Mobile Lead

About the role

UXBERT Labs, a leading digital and user experience design agency in the GCC, is seeking a Mobile Lead to drive the development of high‑impact iOS and Android applications using React Native. You will work closely with top regional and international brands, shaping mobile experiences that transform users' lives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end mobile development across iOS and Android with React Native and Expo.
• Manage app releases, staging, TestFlight, and App Store submissions, handling store complexities.
• Integrate and oversee mobile SDKs and architectures, ensuring pixel‑perfect implementation of complex designs.
• Architect scalable, reusable, white‑label components and enforce code quality, testing, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with design, backend, and AI teams to deliver new features and maintain offline capability.
• Guide the mobile team through Agile sprints, reviews, and releases, communicating timelines and deadlines.
• Handle state, session, API, and memory management for high‑performance apps.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional mobile app development experience.
• Proven leadership of mobile engineering teams and strong public‑speaking abilities.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, ITSM, and project management practices.
• Experience delivering enterprise‑grade apps for government or large corporate clients.
