Mobility Data Manager – Transportation Modeling

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Mobility Data Manager to support the development of a major city project in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on managing and consolidating data that underpins mobility governance policies and strategic transportation models.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of program stakeholders across development districts.
• Curate, validate and compile digital and tabular data inputs into a unified database for model application and review.
• Coordinate data contributions to strategic transportation documents and models.
• Maintain a single source of truth for transportation model data.
• Identify and reconcile data discrepancies across multiple sources.
• Manage core datasets (population, employment, land use, transport infrastructure and services) ensuring consistency and conversion to a common digital format.
• Create maps and visualisations to support documentation.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in a relevant discipline.
• 10+ years of data management experience in planning or transport projects.
• Proven experience on large‑scale projects, preferably in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency with GIS applications and geodatabases.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and JSON data formats.
• Experience managing large datasets and automating data‑processing workflows.
• Ability to design model data structures for transportation modeling.
