Modernization Supervisor

About the role

The Modernization Supervisor at Otis Elevator Company leads and oversees elevator modernization projects in Saudi Arabia, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage modernization projects from initiation to completion, meeting all project goals.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and external stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Raise local material requisitions and conduct site surveys with detailed reporting.
• Ensure all activities comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Deliver training and development support to team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Project Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in elevator modernization or construction.
• Proven leadership, communication and organizational abilities.
