About the role
We are seeking an MRO Purchasing Specialist to support our maintenance, repair and operations procurement function in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will lead vendor sourcing, negotiate pricing and terms, and work closely with production, engineering and maintenance teams to secure the right materials at the right time.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sourcing plan for new local vendors, negotiate quotations and achieve target pricing.
- Visit suppliers, maintain strong relationships, and negotiate payment terms, delivery schedules and other contractual aspects.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (production, engineering, maintenance) to gather MRO material specifications, confirm demand and prioritize procurement requests.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum two years of experience in supply chain management or procurement.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and the Microsoft Office Suite; data‑analysis abilities are a plus.
- Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory).
