Multi-Store Manager – Coffee

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Multi-Store Manager – Coffee to join our specialty coffee chain in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing the operations of multiple coffee stores, building strong relationships with store managers, and driving sales and profitability across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple specialty coffee stores in the designated area.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality products and services.
• Monitor and analyze store performance through regular visits, audits, and performance metrics.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate store managers on effective management techniques and company policies.
• Manage inventory levels, ensure compliance with company standards, and address operational issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the specialty coffee industry, preferably in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of managing multiple stores and achieving business objectives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
