About the role

Rosewood AMAALA, a luxury resort in Saudi Arabia, is recruiting talented individuals for a range of front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house positions. Opportunities include Hostess, Waiter/Waitress, Bell Desk Associate, Housekeeping Attendant, Food & Beverage Administrator, Engineering Technician, Barista and Commis Chef. Successful candidates will contribute to an unforgettable, bespoke guest experience in an ultra‑luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests, manage reservations and create a warm first impression (Hostess, Waiter/Waitress, Bell Desk).
• Maintain immaculate rooms and villas, ensuring high‑standard cleanliness and presentation (Housekeeping Attendant).
• Support F&B operations through scheduling, supplier coordination and administrative tasks (Food & Beverage Administrator).
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical or plumbing systems to keep facilities running smoothly (Engineering Technician).
• Prepare premium coffees, execute latte art and engage guests with coffee culture (Barista).
• Assist chefs in ingredient preparation, uphold luxury culinary techniques and kitchen hygiene (Commis Chef).
