About the role
Haleon is seeking a strategic Net Revenue Manager to lead its Commercial Excellence function in Saudi Arabia. The role will design and execute Net Revenue Management (NRM) strategies across mass market, pharmacy, digital commerce and emerging channels, driving profitable growth for the company’s health‑care portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end NRM agenda across pricing, pack‑price architecture, mix, promotional effectiveness and trade terms.
- Lead KSA pricing and Pack‑Price Architecture, including annual price reviews, channel harmonisation and value‑based pricing.
- Build a structured, benchmarked view of the Saudi promotional landscape and translate insights into superior promotional ROI.
- Analyse channel and customer profitability, identify revenue leakage and recommend actions on mix, assortment, trade terms and SKU portfolio.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer teams to turn market intelligence into disciplined commercial decisions.
Required profile
- Commercially‑minded operator with proven NRM capability in a best‑in‑class FMCG multinational.
- Deep, first‑hand understanding of the Saudi retail promotional ecosystem, including modern trade and pharmacy pricing and trade practices.
- Strong partnership skills to work cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, finance and supply‑chain stakeholders.
- Ability to convert market intelligence into measurable P&L impact.
