Network Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Network Manager to lead the design, implementation and maintenance of our bank’s network infrastructure. The role ensures the network remains reliable, high‑performing and secure while supporting business growth and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and deploy voice, data and security network solutions that align with business objectives.
• Monitor network performance, availability and security; manage configurations, upgrades and patches.
• Supervise firewalls, intrusion detection systems and secure access protocols; conduct regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments.
• Ensure compliance with regulations such as SAMA and AML/CTF.
• Develop and test disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity procedures for critical network components.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of network engineers and administrators.
• Collaborate with IT operations, security teams and business stakeholders to guarantee seamless network services.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 5–8 years of network management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale network environments in a regulated industry.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of routing, switching and network protocols.
• Experience with firewalls, intrusion detection systems and secure access technologies.
• Hands‑on expertise in network performance monitoring, troubleshooting and optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of network security, access control and regulatory compliance.
• Advanced certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Juniper or Cisco are a plus.
