OGL Developer – Oracle Guided Learning | Banking Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) Developer to join our banking project team in Riyadh. You will design, develop, and maintain interactive guided learning content for Oracle Banking applications, helping users adopt new processes efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain OGL content such as interactive walkthroughs, smart tips, task lists, messages, and contextual help.
• Analyze banking business processes and translate them into user‑friendly guided learning material.
• Configure, test, and publish OGL content within Oracle applications, ensuring validation before go‑live.
• Customize OGL guides using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when required.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, functional consultants, and QA teams.
• Update OGL content after application releases, patches, and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot OGL issues, optimise guide performance, and support change‑management initiatives.
• Follow Agile/Scrum practices and maintain proper documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5+ years of experience with Oracle Applications and 1‑2+ years hands‑on OGL development.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required skills

• Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) development.

• Oracle Banking / ERP / Fusion application knowledge.
• Basic SQL and understanding of Oracle application structure.
• Oracle Cloud certification (HCM/ERP/SCM) – preferred.
