Operating System Administration (MS Win) - KSA

About the role

The role focuses on the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of Microsoft Windows Server environments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The incumbent will ensure high availability, security compliance and optimal performance of central server infrastructure and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server 2016 and 2019 platforms, including installation, configuration, updates and troubleshooting.
• Manage Microsoft Exchange Server, mailbox quotas and email system health.
• Maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NTFS file shares and Group Policy objects.
• Oversee remote update tools such as SCCM, WSUS and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit.
• Monitor and administer databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and collaboration platforms (SharePoint).
• Ensure 24/7 system availability, perform maintenance activities and resolve incidents.
• Apply and uphold the highest cybersecurity and information‑security standards.
• Prepare technical designs, studies, reports and provide knowledge transfer training.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Windows Server and Microsoft infrastructure administration.
• Ability to maintain continuous system availability and respond to incidents at any time.
• Strong understanding of security compliance and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills for technical studies and reporting.
