Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead daily restaurant activities at Imtiyaz Foods in Riyadh. The role ensures efficient operations, compliance with food safety standards, and high customer satisfaction across all service areas.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Prepare and implement operational plans aligned with company objectives.
• Manage performance across kitchen, service, cashier, and reception departments.
• Ensure adherence to food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Monitor hygiene, health, safety, and food safety compliance.
• Organize employee scheduling and supply coordination to meet operational needs.
• Oversee inventory, minimize waste, and control operational costs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on performance, sales, and inventory.
• Identify operational issues, develop resolution plans, and improve procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers, kitchen, and storage to guarantee material availability.
• Monitor achievement of sales and profitability targets.
• Ensure restaurant readiness before opening and after closing using established checklists.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing and operating restaurants.
• Strong leadership and supervision abilities for work teams.
• Ability to plan, organize and manage daily operations.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Experience in employee scheduling and supply coordination.
• Knowledge of food quality standards and food safety regulations.
• Customer‑service orientation with effective complaint‑handling skills.
• Ability to prepare performance reports and analyse key indicators.
• Capacity to work under pressure and manage crises.
• Commitment to compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Proficiency in restaurant management systems.
• Fluent in Arabic.
• Fluent in English.
