Operations Supervisor – AMET Operations

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead a team within our AMET Operations area. You will ensure daily workflow runs smoothly, meet productivity targets and uphold safety standards in line with company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily management of department duties and assign work to associates to meet production KPIs.
• Conduct stand‑up briefs, provide feedback, perform floor audits and vehicle inspections.
• Train and up‑skill new associates and coach existing team members.
• Track, trend and report departmental metrics, including attendance, hours and schedules.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedure documents.
• Identify safety hazards and participate in safety initiatives.
• Ensure workflow aligns with daily production goals and staffing levels.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and overtime.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lb and stand or walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and analytical skills.
