Operations Supervisor – Fleet Management

About the role

Adroyts is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to manage a small fleet of trucks across Saudi Arabia. You will act as the main liaison between clients and drivers, ensuring smooth daily dispatch, route planning and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding truck availability, scheduling and trip status.
• Coordinate daily dispatch and routing of company‑owned trucks and arrange external drivers when needed.
• Track vehicle locations, trip progress and driver availability in real time.
• Plan and confirm routes covering rural cities, remote sites and various regions.
• Escalate service issues, delays and disputes to management with proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records, including registration, insurance, maintenance history and trip logs.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and renewal dates.
• Prepare fleet status reports and trip summaries using Microsoft Excel.
• Create PowerPoint presentations for management or client review when required.
• Remain on call for urgent coordination during active trips and work flexible hours, including night shifts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet operations, logistics or truck coordination.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and record‑management abilities.
• Professional written communication skills for client‑facing emails.
• Ability to handle urgent matters and work under pressure.
• Fluency in English; Hindi or Urdu required; Arabic an advantage.
