Operations Supervisor – Makkah

About the role

Amazon is looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead a team of associates in its Makkah facility. You will be responsible for ensuring safety, productivity, and quality while meeting customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and coach a team to achieve productivity targets and quality standards.
• Track attendance, workflow, and labor allocation, adjusting shifts to meet forecasts.
• Create a safe working environment by identifying and addressing safety opportunities.
• Manage and train associates to deliver excellent service and order fulfillment.
• Provide shift‑related information to frontline management and operators.
• Collaborate with support functions to resolve process, 5S, safety, and training issues.
• Use data analysis and process‑optimization techniques to solve logistics and supply‑chain challenges.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, holidays, and overtime.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand or walk for up to 9 hours, and perform frequent push, pull, squat, bend, and reach motions.
