Operations & Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

Autobia is seeking an Operations & Supply Chain Analyst to boost the speed, efficiency, and reliability of its end‑to‑end operational flow. You will work at the intersection of procurement, logistics, fulfillment and dispatch, turning data into actionable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Map and monitor the full order cycle—from sourcing to last‑mile delivery—and pinpoint where speed is lost.
• Analyze bottlenecks across procurement, inbound flow, fulfillment center throughput and dispatch readiness, and support remediation actions.
• Track supplier performance, operational delays and exception patterns to improve reliability and response time.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and alerts that increase visibility for faster decision‑making.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives by measuring current performance, identifying gaps and tracking post‑implementation results.
• Translate operational data into clear insights and practical recommendations for procurement, operations and leadership teams.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to reinforce execution discipline and continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs such as order cycle time, on‑time fulfillment rate, inbound lead time and supplier fill rate, highlighting under‑performance and opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Statistics, Data Science, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, procurement or analytics within a startup, marketplace, retail, distribution or logistics‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good SQL skills and comfort working with operational data sets.
• Experience with spreadsheets, reporting tools and BI dashboards.
• Ability to turn data into operational insights and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic.
