Oracle Technical Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an Oracle Technical Consultant to join a leading bank in Riyadh. The role focuses on the technical side of Oracle ERP modules, payment hub integration, and Business Intelligence reporting. You will work closely with functional teams to ensure smooth operation of Oracle applications and data pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support across all Oracle ERP modules.
• Act as Payment HUB Consultant, handling integration and reconciliation processes.
• Serve as OBIEE Consultant, deploying change requests for new or enhanced reports.
• Administer Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (OBI): start/stop services, manage users, and generate usage reports.
• Monitor ETL performance and batch dependencies for Oracle EBS and Data Warehouse jobs.
• Troubleshoot issues reported by finance and audit teams, adapting dashboards and reports as needed.
• Execute quarterly OS batch processes and deploy approved OBI reports per release announcements.
• Support integrations with internal and external platforms, including OAM and Single Sign‑On configurations.
• Perform health checks on Oracle applications and related infrastructure.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite technical administration.
• Hands‑on knowledge of OBIEE/OBI reporting and publishing tools.
• Familiarity with ETL monitoring, Data Warehouse job scheduling, and batch processing.
• Understanding of payment hub concepts and reconciliation reporting.
• Experience supporting OAM and SSO integrations in an enterprise environment.
