Organization Development Assistant Manager

About the role

The Organization Development Assistant Manager acts as a people adviser for a specific function or sector, driving the planning, assessment, creation, development and implementation of organizational design and workforce planning initiatives. The role supports people development activities and ensures alignment with the company’s Center of Excellence in Organizational Design.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the cascade of STC structure at the function/sector level, liaising with the Center of Excellence.
• Assess current org design, identify improvement areas and recommend enhancements.
• Create and develop L3 and below org structures within budget and authority limits, providing required documentation to the Center of Excellence.
• Report cross‑functional org design changes to the Head of Department and seek endorsement.
• Collaborate with other OD Business Partners to avoid functional overlap.
• Oversee development of mandates and job profiles following Center of Excellence standards.
• Participate in job evaluation exercises and workforce optimization activities.
• Conduct annual workforce planning, ensuring budget compliance and coordinating quotas with HR operations.
• Perform redeployment and mapping of people to positions and generate workforce analytics.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in organizational development or workforce planning.
• Strong understanding of organizational design, job evaluation and HRBP initiatives.
• Ability to work closely with a Center of Excellence and senior business leaders.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
