Organizational Development Specialist

About the role

The Organizational Development Specialist will support Alfanar Projects in designing, developing, and implementing initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, structure, and workforce planning. This role works closely with business units, HRIS, and digital transformation teams to ensure alignment with operational needs and governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support organizational design activities, including structure, manpower planning, and job evaluation.
• Develop, review, and update organization charts to match business requirements.
• Prepare and maintain job descriptions for all functions and positions.
• Participate in workforce planning and headcount budgeting exercises.
• Analyze operational needs and recommend organizational improvements.
• Assist in creating and implementing OD policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Conduct job analysis, role clarification, and position grading.
• Generate OD reports, dashboards, and analytics for management decision‑making.
• Coordinate with HRIS and Digital Transformation teams on organizational and workflow changes.
• Maintain proper documentation and archiving of organization‑related records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Organization Development, preferably in construction, engineering, or project‑based environments.
• Strong knowledge of organization design, manpower planning, and performance management.
• Experience with organization charts and job evaluation methodologies.
• Familiarity with ERP/HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
