Organizational Excellence Expert

About the role

The Organizational Excellence Expert will partner with senior management to drive strategic initiatives that elevate operational performance across Saudi airports. This role focuses on analysing data, redesigning processes, and implementing best‑practice standards to support Saudi Vision 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Define strategic objectives for organizational excellence in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Analyse historical data and trends to identify performance gaps.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan with clear initiatives, timelines, and resources.
• Conduct periodic self‑assessments and audits, providing recommendations to meet defined objectives.
• Review current processes, pinpoint bottlenecks, and propose redesigns or digital solutions.
• Monitor project progress, evaluate results, and report status to senior management.
• Facilitate knowledge‑sharing platforms and regular stakeholder meetings.
• Establish KPIs, conduct evaluations, and produce detailed performance reports.
• Design training programs to enhance quality and excellence competencies.
• Maintain an effective document‑management system ensuring up‑to‑date, accessible information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in organizational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles.
