OT Cybersecurity Engineer

About the role

Managed.sa is looking for an experienced OT Cybersecurity Engineer to protect operational technology and industrial control system environments. You will assess security risks, design and implement controls, and collaborate with technical and operational teams to improve industrial cybersecurity resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cybersecurity assessments for OT, ICS, and SCADA environments.
• Identify vulnerabilities, risks, and security gaps within industrial networks.
• Review OT network architecture, segmentation, remote access, and security controls.
• Develop OT cybersecurity policies, procedures, standards, and remediation plans.
• Support implementation of OT security controls and monitoring solutions.
• Maintain OT cybersecurity risk registers and conduct risk assessments.
• Assist incident response and investigation activities involving OT environments.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, IT, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Prepare technical reports, assessment findings, and management presentations.
• Support compliance with applicable cybersecurity and industrial security standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in OT, ICS, SCADA, or industrial cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of industrial networks, systems, and communication protocols.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Riyadh.
