OTR Supervisor – Last Mile Delivery Operations

About the role

Amazon is seeking an OTR Supervisor to lead its last‑mile delivery teams at a Delivery Station in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure packages are delivered safely, on time, and meet Amazon’s high quality standards while promoting a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Safeguard team safety and enforce Amazon Health & Safety standards.
• Lead and manage Delivery Associates and oversee last‑mile delivery operations.
• Monitor and drive On‑The‑Road performance metrics such as OTD, DDS, DOT, and delivery success rates.
• Resolve real‑time routing, dispatch and delivery challenges to maintain on‑time performance.
• Improve and streamline OTR processes, reducing delivery defects.
• Daily follow‑up with vendors on onboarding and facilitate onboarding with external contractors.
• Manage incentives, conduct uniform audits and inventory.
• Communicate daily operations with DSP points of contact and handle escalations.
• Address DSP call‑outs and coordinate DAY0 attendance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 12 months of experience in logistics or delivery operations.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights and holidays, with ability to work 40 hours per week and overtime.
