Outlet Manager – Japanese Nikkei Restaurant

About the role

Jumeirah The Red Sea is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead its Japanese Nikkei restaurant. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving the outlet’s financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and teamwork.
• Develop and present the annual business plan, revenue targets and expense budgets to the Director of Food & Beverage.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, address feedback and complaints, and protect the outlet’s brand image.
• Track performance against the business plan, forecast results and implement corrective actions to meet financial goals.
• Maintain high standards of service, food quality and presentation in line with luxury expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within international luxury hospitality.
• At least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory position with proven leadership capability.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards and high‑end guest expectations.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop teams in fast‑paced, pre‑opening or operational environments.
• Experience working within structured frameworks and adapting to evolving organisational models.
