Outside Sales Representative – Field Sales in Abha

About the role

The Outside Sales Representative will promote and sell Bonn Medical Industries’ healthcare, cosmetics and personal‑care products across the Abha territory. This field‑based, target‑driven position is ideal for fresh graduates or early‑career professionals with strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers and points of sale regularly to present product benefits and commercial value.
• Identify and approach new prospects, convert them into active customers and achieve acquisition targets.
• Maintain ongoing communication with existing accounts, handle inquiries and drive repeat sales.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing and promotions to inform market strategy.
• Collect customer feedback and market insights to support product launches and campaigns.
• Plan daily field visits, record interactions in the CRM and submit sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
• Good command of English.
