Packaging Designer (Onsite)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Packaging Designer to translate Bostani’s luxury brand values into captivating, functional packaging that enhances the consumer experience. You will work closely with creative, branding, marketing, and production teams to deliver premium packaging solutions for our chocolate collections.

Key responsibilities

• Design packaging solutions for chocolate collections, seasonal themes, and special collaborations, creating mockups and 3D renderings.
• Select materials and finishes such as embossing, foil stamping, and spot UV to elevate perceived value.
• Ensure all designs align with the Bostani brand identity, maintaining cohesive storytelling across physical touchpoints.
• Research emerging trends in luxury packaging, sustainability, and unboxing experiences; propose innovative formats.
• Prepare print‑ready files, coordinate with suppliers, and review physical samples for accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of packaging design experience, preferably in FMCG or luxury goods.
• Strong understanding of print production processes and packaging mechanics.
