Part-Time Exam Invigilator (Weekends)

About the role

We are looking for reliable, detail‑oriented individuals to work as part‑time exam invigilators on weekends. The role involves supervising candidates during examinations, ensuring all procedures are followed, and maintaining a secure, fair testing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Verify candidate identity and arrange seating before each exam.
• Monitor candidates throughout the exam to prevent cheating or misconduct.
• Handle any irregularities or incidents according to exam policies.
• Maintain a quiet and controlled testing environment at all times.
• Complete a detailed exam session report covering attendance, incidents, and observations.
• Submit the report promptly to management after each session.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity.
• Ability to stay alert and focused for extended periods.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Calm and professional handling of stressful situations.
• Previous invigilation or administrative experience is a plus.
• Availability to work on Fridays and Saturdays.
