Partner Account Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Partner Account Manager will grow and scale AvePoint’s partner ecosystem across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to generate pipeline, accelerate deal cycles, and increase market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source new prospects and expand existing accounts.
• Nurture, cross‑sell and upsell existing MSP and VAR partners.
• Plan and deliver presentations that demonstrate how AvePoint solutions address partner challenges.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in multiple territories to execute sales plays and build local relationships.
• Attend remote and on‑site meetings with partners and clients.
• Maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date pipeline of opportunities in the CRM system.
• Travel up to 50% of the time, including Arabic‑speaking engagements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of partner management experience in the SaaS sector.
• 4+ years of experience within the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
• Strong communication skills to convey company vision, product updates, and new strategies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment, demonstrating agility, adaptability, and problem‑solving.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a detail‑oriented approach.
