Parts Manager

About the role

The Parts Manager will lead the procurement and supply chain function for parts, ensuring a 99% service rate through reliable ordering, shipping coordination, and supplier management. This role reports to senior operations and works closely with finance, HR, quality, and IT to keep the supply flow smooth and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Place purchase orders with international and local suppliers and monitor order status.
• Follow up shipping with forwarders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt at customer sites.
• Manage letters of credit, payments, and coordination with the finance department.
• Lead the procurement team, integrating supplier performance evaluation and on‑time payment processes.
• Maintain real‑time data entry in the IT system and generate supply‑chain KPI reports.
• Coordinate with HR, finance, quality, and IT to support ongoing projects and resolve escalations.
• Ensure safety measures, shipping accuracy, and overall operational control.

Required profile

• Experience in parts procurement and supply‑chain management.
• Ability to supervise operational activities and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage order flow and KPI achievement.
• General authority over daily functional operations.
