About the role

As a Pastry Chef at a premier resort, you will lead the pastry culinary operations, delivering refined desserts and baked goods that reflect the brand’s sophistication. You will set the culinary vision for the pastry department, guiding a team to produce high‑quality creations in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily pastry operations, ensuring all baked goods, desserts and pastries meet the highest quality and brand standards.
• Lead, train and mentor the pastry team, enforcing procedures, recipes and presentation standards.
• Develop innovative seasonal and signature dessert menus in collaboration with culinary leadership.
• Manage inventory, forecasting, stock rotation and ordering to guarantee uninterrupted production.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen, complying with health, safety and food hygiene regulations.
• Control costs by minimizing waste, monitoring portion sizes and achieving budgetary targets.
