People & Culture Associate (Saudi Nationals Only)

About the role

FP is looking for a proactive, relationship‑driven People & Culture Associate to support its growing presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role blends talent engagement, employer branding and day‑to‑day HR operations, acting as the public face of the firm in the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Act as FP’s brand ambassador across Saudi Arabia, building relationships with universities, professional associations and talent communities.
• Support the employee lifecycle for KSA‑based staff, coordinating onboarding, off‑boarding and day‑to‑day People & Culture operations.
• Attend career fairs, networking events and industry forums to promote FP and maintain a pipeline of Saudi talent.
• Provide first‑point‑of‑contact support for employee queries and maintain accurate HR records.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in HR, talent attraction, employer branding, university relations or a similar people‑focused role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
