About the role
The Workforce Management Senior Manager will lead the planning, scheduling and optimisation of staff resources for HungerStation, part of the Delivery Hero Group, ensuring operational efficiency and high performance across the Riyadh hub.
Key responsibilities
- Execute workforce planning strategies to ensure the right number of employees with the right skills are available to meet operational demand.
- Oversee staff scheduling, aligning shifts with demand while controlling labor costs.
- Define, track and report on workforce management KPIs to assess staffing efficiency.
- Analyse performance metrics, identify improvement areas and implement solutions.
- Provide leadership to the workforce management team, delivering training and development.
- Collaborate with IT to integrate and optimise workforce management technology solutions.
Required profile
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in workforce management or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related discipline (required).
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
